COURIER SERVICE
The original
invitation will be sent by courier according to your
instructions.
Some Embassies will accept a
TELEX (Electronic) from The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia.
We will try to use this service whenever possible to save time.

A copy of your passport data pages (the
ones with your photograph and signature on) is required by the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia with your application. Open
your passport flat at the page showing your signature and photo, and
scan BOTH pages even if one is blank.
Scan at
100dpi, save in JPG format, and send by email to
visas @ russianvisas.org
Once an application is
received, and submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in
Russia, there is no refund. Payment must accompany the application
to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which we will forward for you.
